Paying your rent and service charges
At the start of your tenancy, you will be asked how you would prefer to pay your rent. You can change this payment method at any time by contacting us.

Help With Universal Credit And Benefits
All Universal Credit (UC) claimants must notify Universal Credit of rent charges. You must provide your application and supporting documents to Universal Credit as and when requested.
If you are struggling with your Universal Credit application or claim, please speak to your work coach or contact us and speak to our team.
If you claim Housing Benefit, you need to provide a copy of your rent increase letter to your Local Authority and make sure your claim is updated to the correct amount for 2020/21.
Your Responsibilities
You need to pay your rent and service charges regularly on or before the date it’s due in line with your tenancy or lease agreement. At the beginning of your tenancy we will ask you to pay your rent up front. Please check your tenancy agreement or ask us for more details.
We expect that all residents will pay their rent when it is due. To meet this expectation, we have established a new emphasis of Payment on Time.
